WARRANTY: At Coastal Authority, we strive for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. All products are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects or damage as a result of shipping. If you are not completely satisfied with an item it must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. Please notify firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if product is damaged as a result of shipping.
Please email email@example.com for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval.
RETURNS: Returned items must be shipped back to Coastal Authority with freight prepaid. We recommend that you should return your item(s) via a traceable carrier to ensure return delivery. FedEx Ground or UPS are the preferred options. Credit will be given after the product is returned and has passed inspection. Refused or Returned Orders:
Orders refused or returned DO NOT qualify for FREE shipping and will be charged the full cost of shipping both to and from the customer and any storage fees charged to Coastal Authority by FedEx or any other Carriers. Customer will be refunded the balance between amount paid for the product less all shipping costs and fees.
Address Correction or Other Fees:
At order placement, Customer shall provide Coastal Authority with a valid and accurate FedEx/UPS deliverable shipping address including any apartment, unit or suite number and whether location is a street, avenue, etc. Shipping address must also include the correct zip code. This is very important because FedEx imposes an "Address Correction" fee for each box shipped if the address or zip code is not correct. If the address provided by the customer is not a valid FedEx deliverable address according to FedEx, an "address correction" fee of $15 per box will be charged to the customer's credit card upon notification by FedEx to Coastal Authority. Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box cannot be shipped because of size restrictions.
Our standard method is calculated FedEx Ground or UPS anywhere in the Continental USA with an average delivery in 3-5 business days from the shipping date.

- Ships Daily Monday - Friday from Virginia Beach, Virginia.
- Customers receive notification and tracking number when the order is shipped.
We strive to ship your order the same day it was placed. However, due to order volumes and holidays, we ask that you allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have NOT received your shipping confirmation email (sent to your Customer Account email address).
We do not ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless there is absolutely no other option. Therefore, we do not allow "P.O. Box" shipping addresses for on-line orders. If this is your only option, please contact us directly.United States Orders
We only ship products within the United States and due to shipping cost from the mainland, we do not ship for free to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska.
Due to varied shipping costs and limitations, we cannot process military APO or FPO addresses from our online store. These orders must be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and thus require prior approval. However, in most cases, we can process these orders manually by phone from our main office at 757-831-1612.
